Holly Sack is a black belt level certified Nia instructor. She first tried Nia in 2004 and the experience changed her life.
In her own words:
"at the time, I was reeling from the effects of chemotherapy and a double mastectomy. When that first class ended, I felt as though my body had come home. Over time, I was moved to train and become certified in the beautiful movement technique known as Nia. My mission now is to share the insight and wisdom I have gained and to facilitate an opening for you to consciously discover yourself in movement."
Nia helped Holly accept and treasure her body’s wisdom, elevate her mood, and tap into her dancer within. Holly is eager to share the gifts of this movement practice and lead students to find their ways to wellness. Through Nia practice one can make progress in overcoming any personal setback. Nia facilitates the reclamation of many giggles, a positive body image and rebuilding of self-esteem.
